In addition for the rear of the Tags you can select the default text: "I carry a card with vital medical and contact information" or you can choose the "In an emergency" telephone numbers option allowing you to add 3x telephone numbers to the rear of the Tags.
No cards are supplied with these Tags, however, if these are required they can be purchased separately in the store.
